Note: Payment options may vary based on the country and delivery address.
2. Payment Timing
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- For custom orders, a deposit may be required to initiate production, with the balance due before shipping.
3. Deposits for Custom Orders
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required to confirm a custom order.
- The remaining balance is due before the order is shipped or delivered.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may be canceled before shipping for a full refund, except custom orders, which are subject to a restocking fee or non-refundable deposit.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 1-3 business days.
